The bus was late and then when boarding the driver was as unable to understand the bookings on my emails I showed him. Had to get another passenger to explain to him that I had booked for four people all in my name. Also showed him the boarding pass which clearly showed the other passengers names then he eventually allowed on the bus. Very embarrassing and horrible experience. The driver also allowed a drunk passenger into the bus who was shouting and yelling at other passengers made us feel very uncomfortable. Half into the journey the drunk passenger started to spit and blow his nose on the bus floor it was disgusting and disrespectful behaviour. The woman in my group felt uncomfortable and nervous around him. It was very poor service and experience for me and other passengers.

Very enjoyable ride back to Seville driver invited us to sit in front seats as were unoccupied so views were excellent lovely to see locals using this service so well very impressed with Damas 😀

The driver was nowhere to seen until 9:59 (we arrived 45 mins early to board as requested), he slowly overloaded the coach with elderly locals standing up and sitting on the floor. He was in no hurry to leave empty bus stops however also didn’t bother picking some people up who were waving. A vast contrast to my last journey.
