The workers on the train and bus were great, as was the ride itself. However, the system was entirely too confusing and the information needed was not readily available.
At the Union station, the Amtrack worker behind the information desk just ignored me for over 10 minutes. This was at around 6pm, and the sign said that desk doesn't close until 10pm. The security guards were the ones helping people instead, and they were clearly used to doing that instead of focusing on security.
Also, when transferring from the train to the bus, there was no clear signage or directions as to where to go. About 30 of us almost boarded the wrong bus, as it was the only one there (our actual bus was 10-15 mins late) and the poor driver had no clear way to tell the entire crowd.
Overall, the workers were amazing (aside from the one at the help desk) but the system was way too confusing, especially considering the lack of help. Many of us were left feeling very lost and confused.
