The bus was clean and comfortable. BUT the bus was late by more than half and hour and the app do not update status at least I kmow it will be late. This is my 1st booking for Expressway bus.

I bought my tickets online, I couldn’t get on the bus I paid for because the driver told me it was full and I had to wait another 15 minutes for the next one, who also told me I was supposed to be on the other bus that left already. I had to explain to him that I was told by the driver to get on his bus. It was so stressful because I had a flight to catch. The driver was nice though, he didn’t make a fuss.
