Expressway has received positive feedback for its comfortable seating and the courteous nature of its drivers, who are noted for their politeness and professionalism. However, some users have mentioned delays in departure times as well as a lack of onboard facilities such as toilets and wifi.

Being a bad bus traveler i was very anxious about the trip. The bus driver was so pleasant and helpful, and a very good driver. They were a couple of incidents(other drivers driving out of side roads and roundabouts while bus had right of way) that could have angered a driver but he seemed so in control and unstressed and calm.

I thought the journey was my Good valueand convenient. However, due to being in a wheelchair as I have MS and a spinal injury, I was also travelling alone. The bus driver was unhelpful, Grumpy, bossy . He grunted at me when I was trying to be polite. He was Grumpy with all the passengers especially when some people didn't have the ticket barcode on their phone and had printouts of them. He was impatient and rude to some passengers. I enjoyed the journey though Also the WiFi wouldn't connect to my phone, I couldn't listen to my music or watch a movie for the duration of the journey.

Not much to enjoy, uncomfortable journey, arrived at destination 1 hour late, was a minor altercation during journey which driver was unaware of... driver was also challenged by unhappy travellers as they missed connection to airport.
