My coach was due at 16.35pm on Friday 1st March and I got no notification that it was running over 1.5hours late! I stood in the freezing cold and rain with other travellers not knowing what was happening! All the other coaches came and went except Megabus! I am obviously very disappointed and upset as this is the first time this has ever happened in years of using this service.

All services ok. On boarding the driver asked all of us to sit at the back of the bus. He told us that the front seats were reserved. We were thus packed at the back. It turns out that the front seats remained vacant for the duration of the journey.
