The driver left me stranded in Porto during a bathroom break. I wasn’t gone that long. All of my belongings were on the bus so I had to take a train to Viana do Costelo, with only my phone, no wallet or passport. I was NOT made aware he would leave without me like that, and he didn’t apologize or care. I got my stuff back 3 hours later.
