The bus left late, the driver not once spoke to the passengers - not to explain why we left late, why we were stopped for almost 15min by the Alverca tolls, for how long and why we stopped at Mealhada Services or to apologise for the 45 min delay in getting to our destination.

The driver left me stranded in Porto during a bathroom break. I wasn’t gone that long. All of my belongings were on the bus so I had to take a train to Viana do Costelo, with only my phone, no wallet or passport. I was NOT made aware he would leave without me like that, and he didn’t apologize or care. I got my stuff back 3 hours later.

Lisbon to viana do castelo is 5.5 hour busr ride.. so there must be access to washroom.. driver should give key of washroom to needed one.
