It was a ok journey but being English it was difficult to work out if I needed to change buses so it would be good if the drivers had some English ability or be sent an itinerary before travelling. The Polish border crossing was slow which added nearly 3.5 hours to the journey I have made this trip a few times now and found that the other border crossing is quicker only taking 1 hour but overall it was good

No one speaks English. Not one buss driver understood which bus it was. There are no signs to help find the bus. We waited and asked ever bud for two hours. We had to buy another bus ticket at 2 am. We called the help number but they couldn’t help us. Never again!

The driver was constantly not telling the truth about the journey, had other agenda, not using the main road, picking up parcels, lots of interruption, smoking in the bus, arrival to Kyiv was at least 14 hours late, seats were extremely painfully uncomfortable, instead of Kyiv the bus has arrived to Ternopil and dumped the passengers to wait at least 4 hours for another bus. Disaster all together.

Another problem that should be taken into account - there was little space between the seats so even for people of average height it wasn't very convenient. Nataliia and Mykola are seniors; so with much longer trip such conditions were uncomfortable. (But they are happy to be at home.)

We started our trip on 27.05. The problem is that I and my small daughter bought bus tickets, because we saw the promissed time to be in Kyiv at 15:30 on the 28.05. It shoul be a hard but direct way. But there were 3 change of buses during our trawel and the time in a trip is awfully big. The first bus had a late stop in Ternopil where the bus was chaned and after that we had one more bus change, that why we can't reach Kiev till the comendant hours (when it is impossible to trawel in the city). Awfull situation for a small family of Ukrainian refugees! We slept 2 night in a bus and get in Kiev at 5:05 on 29.05
