Дуже сподобалась комунікація та персонал, але автобус дуже незручний. Невідрегульований нахил сидінь (немає ліміту, тому людина попереду може вас буквально прижати), вони якісь тверді та незручні, дуже мало місця для ніг навіть для людини невеликого зросту

It was a ok journey but being English it was difficult to work out if I needed to change buses so it would be good if the drivers had some English ability or be sent an itinerary before travelling. The Polish border crossing was slow which added nearly 3.5 hours to the journey I have made this trip a few times now and found that the other border crossing is quicker only taking 1 hour but overall it was good

No one speaks English. Not one buss driver understood which bus it was. There are no signs to help find the bus. We waited and asked ever bud for two hours. We had to buy another bus ticket at 2 am. We called the help number but they couldn’t help us. Never again!

None of the drivers spoke English which is absolutely fine but even what I had a Ukrainian friend send a message to help translate they weren’t bothered at all. And I arrived very late and missed a train
