Bus was comfortable and easy get on and drop off points. We arrived at our destination an hour behind schedule. It sure why that happened. The bus driver gave a bathroom break in chilliwack and scolded passengers for going over the allowed 10 minute stop when we were already so behind our estimated drop off time

Drivers were awesome, beautiful bus, but late leaving and longer than 15 minutes at Hope stop which made me 40 minutes late arriving at destination and missing an appointment. These delays happened on both of my trips this week. Otherwise love the single seats and pre=booking seat which is important to me.
