Bus didn’t arrive at scheduled time and when I called asking why the lady over the phone first tried telling me the bus was already on the way to Vernon and suggested she moves me to the 6pm bus to Vernon. Only after explaining that if I am not on this bus I’m going to be sleeping on the streets with all my luggage tonight and a 30 minute wait on hold I was finally informed that the bus had never actually arrived in hope and was undergoing maintenance and would arrive within 5-10 minutes. The bus then did not arrive for another hour. Pretty poor that your customer service people, instead of actually doing their job and finding out why the bus never arrived, would instead insist I missed the bus and just move me to another bus, without understanding the implications this could have on people relying on your services. That being said the second driver on the bus was class
