We never reached Ciudad del Este because 2 members in Florianopolis told us to get off in Foz do Iguazú and take another bus of the same company to Ciudad del Este, but apparently once we arrived in Foz do Iguazu there was no more buses to go to Ciudad del Este. We asked to another member of the staff the time we were supposed to take the coincidence but at the first time she told us that we needed to get a taxi to go to the garage and then when we asked her again if the address was alright she told us that we missed definetely the bus. She couldn’t communicate with us rather than Portuguese, not even Spanish. At the end we paid from our pocket a city bus to Ciudad del Este avoiding to spend our day in the terminal of Foz do Iguazu. Worst experience ever.
