By not assigning seats during the reservation on line it allowed for confusion as we arrived at every stop and then had to face a new bus rider that had a reserve seat thus forcing us to move to another seat.

The bus took more than 26 hour on a trip that normally takes 13!
And your staff could not either give me any satisfaction!
I was I'll in bed for 3 days of my vacation due to the long I had to sit & wait & the food provided that I could not eat due to my health issues!
