No signs to indicate a bus stop, Drove around the area and kept coming back to same place. As we were giving up five minutes after departure time the bus drove up. The drivers were courteous and kind.
No indication of when or where a rest stop would occur. I had to use the bus rest room with no toilet paper, paper towels or instructions for use. They pulled into rest stop ten minutes later.
Upon arrival I find my people were at the wrong station 20 minutes away. I asked if I could wait inside and they said No we’re closed now and they all left. Not a good situation for anyone not even this grandma!
