Unfortunately the booking company should have both bus lines coordinating together we were 4 minutes late resulting in missing connection to next bus this is very poor and could easily be avoided with simply communication. I even called 3 hours ahead saying we would be a few minutes late and I was brushed off saying we don’t hold the bus leaving several people stranded. It took two hours to find an affordable hotel as well. Worst experience ever.
