I got to grey hound 45 min before my departure. The grey hound counter person was 15 min late so the 530am bus driver to pueblo refused to wait on any one to get there ticket and left eveyone in the lobby I was 5 hours late to a very important meeting. Customer service was awful and I had to take an uber just so I wasn't waiting 8hrs

I didn't have a good time trying to deal with the Greyhound staff. I took the light rail to union station to catch the bus. The lightrail I was on had broke down and set me back about 20 mins. When the W-line finally got to the Union station I ran to catch the bus and as i was running up to the boarding gate the bus was leaving so I missed it. It may not be that big of a difference but leaving 5 minutes early I couldn't get on the bus to go to pueblo.
