I think people ought to be notified that have tickets that the bus is going to be late I sat at the bus station for 2 hours waiting to get to Denver from Pueblo if we're notified we won't have to be there waiting and waiting we could stay with family another hour or so

Very disatisfied with service. The bus was over two hours late which made me miss my bus in Denver to Fort Collins. The bus in Denver was with another service and was the last and only bus to Fort Collins. I called cystomer service and was not given any segestions with a resilution other than transferring me over to file a complaint. Didn't get much help there either other than being told to call back in 24 hours to see what can be done for my inconvenience. It stated when booking that my destination point was Amtrack, Union Station and was actually dropped off at the Denver bus station five blocks away. I have to now figure out a place to stay and get a ride up early in the morning for work. This has caused much anxiety and stress to what was already a hard weekend putting my mother to rest. It would be nice to actually here from someone regarding this experience.
