The trip was terrible. The bus was delayed a total of 10 hours and the bus they took us on had no heat or power to charge your phone. Also I tried to ask the bus driver for information about the trip and he was not helpful at all, also very rude and unprofessional..

Honestly, I did expect a little bit better service. The bus was late for all my connections. I had (3 with greyhound) 2 hours late Getting into Phoenix and put me behind with travels. The woman driver was awesome though from Albuquerque to Phoenix!
