So dissatisfied with the bus services, can never reccomend it to anyone. Had to catch a bus from Dayton Ohio 12.35pm on thursday 08.16.19 to Columbus. The bus was 10 hours late, the staffs were not polite and I got so late at my job was almost fired.

I was at the bus station someone passed out and only one employee was working to help and he didn’t know what he was doing the bus driver never came in to say that he was leaving or said that he was at the location I purchased an refundable ticket and have been getting the run around for the whole ticket and was told not one ticket was available for that night. I currently missed my grandfathers funeral today due to this

My bus didn't even show up after an hour of waiting. I left and had to cancel my trip because the bus never came. All the workers were unprofessional and they way they acted were inappropriate. I will never take greyhound again since i wasted 35$.
