I am very disappointed with my experience. I had a 7:55am bus, but then at 8am they told us that there was no driver and so I was rescheduled for 245pm. Because of this, I missed very important customer meetings in Cincinnati. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication to the customers.

Our bus came in late and they're was almost zero communication from greyhound staff as to why and how long we would be delayed. It appears that our bus was sitting there and our diver was shuffling around the station, looking lost. We finally got on the bus when a passenger seemed to initiate the loading. Our driver didn't speak the entire time except once when he said "keep your voices down" and nobody was being rowdy. There were no instructions when we arrived at the Cincinnati station for collecting luggage or reboarding. It was a very strange experience compared to other greyhound trips I've taken.

This was my first time entering Greyhound and it was just horrible. Waited 4 hours for the bus. Had to run to form lines in order not to be left behind
