The first portion of the trip from Chicago to Indianapolis went fine but during my layover the bus from Indianapolis to Columbus was late and didn’t depart till nearly 45min after the ticketed departure time. While the driver will blame it on two passengers that were arguing, this encounter lasted maybe all of 10minutes. We weren’t boarded until almost 830 so he was still responsible for nearly a 40 min delay.
