Late start. Several delays along the way. Terrible communication and seemed as though they did not care. Offered ‘compensation’ for the delay in the form of a useless discount for the next ride on the exact same route and time within the next 12 months knowing that hardly anyone will be able to use it in that way

The driver was very professional, understanding and patient. I misunderstood where I was supposed to get on but he patiently waited for me and told me where I was actually supposed to be. A woman forgot to get off at her stop but he helped her out. Expedient and professional service.
