Greyhound Charlotte Charleston recent customer reviews
While today's trip was great with helpful staff,my previous trip was a nightmare. I was supposed to depart Charlotte for Charleston SC Wed, to start a film job Thursday. The trip was cancelled, I was not informed. I was afraid to lose my job, so I asked questions and started crying. The security guard took me to a chair, scaring me and threatening arrest. My boss agreed to me starting Friday, so I exchanged the ticket. When I was at Greyhound that night, I asked repeatedly if I was in the right line. The driver insisted I was. Strangely, after checking the ticket before departure, she tore it up. Threw some of it out. Ultimately, I was on the wrong bus. Had to return to Charlotte, buy another ticket. So, I've been upset, traumatized, lost 200.00 pay, and bought an additional ticket, 70.00
