The bus broke down immediately after leaving the my stop in Calgary, extending my trip by 2 hours, causing a significant delay. We were informed that our bus would wait for us at our connecting stop HOWEVER, that was NOT the case. We had ANOTHER 2 hour delay, and I ended up having a family member come and get me. Understandably as someone who had this option it wasn’t the end of the world but many others were at least 4 if not more behind in poor weather. It would have been courteous for the bus line to inform its passengers if they will be missing their connection so they can plan accordingly.
