We got left at the Canadian border with no warning. Our bus driver said he would be back in 10 minutes but then left us there and nobody told us anything for hours. We were stuck at the border for hours and then had to take a taxi on our own dime to get to Montreal.

This was abslolutely terrible, the bus driver took 20 min to let us on board while checking the mirror and we were left to stand waiting in line in the cold after the bus already being 1.5 hrs late to begin with. Overall we arrived 2:10 late
