Having travelled to Bristol to Newquay on and off for for over 30yrs today was the best journey ever. The bus left Bristol at 13.15. We arrived in Exeter, waited about 10 mins and caught the next bus which arrived in Newquay at 1800hrs. I have always had to wait in Plymouth for about an hour. So a great service today. I hope the journey will always be as great.

My bus from Plymouth didnt arrive. First it was w 3 hours delayed. Then I get information that next bus will arrive in 6 hours. I am disapointed when it comes to informations about arrivals of buses. There was nobody who could help me, any staff member didnt knoe what was going on. I ll never buy National Express!
