The scheduled M43 bus never arrived in bristol at the designated stop and left a whole bus load of ticketed passengers stranded that were all headed to Heathrow. We waited over an hour hoping it was just late. A real disaster.

It was very good, but delayed by an hour. No-one’s fault, but without a v helpful driver who communicated with the sad looking group we wouldn’t have known anything . A system for comms other than hit or miss depending on driver would have been v helpful and imbued us with confidence!
