I arrived at the Greyhound station 20 minutes early. The sign on the bus going to Cortland had a wrong sign and the front desk never announced the correct destination. After much confusion, I figured out the right bus but was denied entrance (despite it being 10 minutes before boarding time). They said that they didn’t have enough seats and that I would have to wait for the next bus, even though I bought my ticket at least a month in advance. They could not even tell me when that would be. The bus driver was unapologetic and rude. Then I went to the front desk and the lady (older, brown hair, glasses) refused to even make eye contact with me when i asked for assistance. She was angry, impatient, and extremely insensitive. She mocked my distress and told me she couldn’t help. After waiting 20 minutes, a cab was finally called for me to get to Cortland. I was late, and the driver had to be tipped. This whole experience was terrible. I was late to my destination, was treated in a disrespectful manner, and did not even receive an apology. Shocked and appalled by the horrible customer service.
