Bus Tickets from Barcelona to Marseille

Timeliness was appreciated, however, the back safety/exit window made a hideous noise for 8 hours disrupting everyone around it and the driver seemed not to be able to keep the bus ‘straight’ and was swerving in and out of the lane being driven in. Additionally, it was extremely hot on board.

Bathroom needs repair

The bus driver was a gentleman, the bus was exceptionally clean and the punctuality was perfect

The bus arrived in Barcelona on time, it was the passengers that didn't have the right documentation that took time to process.

very fantástic Journey

It was very difficult to find information about the bus ride. I got to Barcelona Nord about an hour early and spent almost 50 minutes running around the station trying to figure out where the bus would be, if it had already arrived, etc. It was early (the bus departed at 2:05am as planned), so I understand that a normal amount of staff was not available, but there was no support. There didn't seem to be anyone working there, and there weren't any phone numbers available for me to call with questions. It was very stressful and am glad I happened to be at the right place at the right time when the bus pulled up.

Disappointing, late bus almost by an hour and arrived in marseille 2hrs late, bus driver smoking and yelling and fighting passengers. Constant stopping. Lots of shouting

The trip was awful. The driver was so rude and get so angry at us because we went out. He even closed the door and didn’t allow us to get inside. When we came in, he was shouting at us in Bulgarian. I’m highly dissatisfied with this bus service.
