I was told i didnt need a ticket in austin when I took the first bus, when i arrived in San Antonio the driver of the second bus was doubting me about buying the ticket and almost lost the bus because they couldn't find it in the computer until finally they did. The chauffeur didn't drop me off at the Texaco where my ride was told to wait to take me home saying he doesn't stop there when that's what i bought, so I had to walk home while it was raining because my phone was dead And ruined my shoes. Very bad experience.
