The bus arrived late by half an hour at the very start in Armstrong. Drivers seemed to make an excuse for making a 15 min stop in Merit into a 45 min delay. In Hope, the driver said he was caught off guard by the requirement to reconfig for a wheelchair. Another delay. Hour and a half late overall. Not good.

Driver communication could be better. Didn't even know it was my stop because either the intercom didn't work or he didn't announce it. One bus had a broken bathroom door that kept slamming open and shut. The bus showed up 25min late. There were rude passengers at the back who were just obnoxious to ride with. The bus did not feel clean. I can forgive one or two of these things but all of them at once is just terrible.

Other than being late my experience was great. I was called right away and notified the bus would be late.
