The coach was 45 minutes late for departure. No reason given, no apology given. The Wi-Fi on board didn’t work, I was unable to inform my arranged driver that I would be late. Instead of arriving at 17.55 we arrived at 20.25.
The coach was clean and very comfortable.
The driver also turned off the reading lights around 19.00 so I was unable to read my book.

These buses are quite luxurious but a little dated now. They are very comfortable. I particularly like the foot rests and the seats are very comfortable. However, the free WiFi was not working, air vent was broken and little things were broken or very worn.
