OurBus Albany Binghamton recent customer reviews
There was not a single moment during this trip that I felt safe. There were moments the driver was going 80 miles per hour, having trouble staying in his lane, hitting the rumble strips. I was genuinely concerned that he was under the influence. While it is a bus and i didnt expect a first class experience, I do expect to feel safe and the driver/company should take pride is the appearance of the driver and the bus. The driver disappearing to take a smoke break is not living up to those experiences. Not to mention that I wasn’t dropped off at the bus terminal like the ticket stated.
