I can hardly say anything since the bus never came to pick us up in Aberdeen. The question is, how can a bus be canceled without ANY information, any warning to the booked passengers.

Main dislike was no one helped to empty the suit cases from the bus an d some of the passengers climbed up and hauled them from the back of the bus so we could get them down!
