The bus was super full. Like no empty seats as soon as I got on. Was forced to sit next to a man who smelled like pee for hours. This man was making me feel uncomfortable and unwell. I voiced my concerns and got nothing. After a stop where over half the bus got off, I moved to the back. At this time, a woman, coughing and blowing her nose like there’s no tomorrow, comes and literally sits on my backpack that was next to me without saying a word. Most horrible trip ever.

The bus was late by 40+ minutes, I got a notice of 15 min delay, then nothing else - so last 23-25 minutes I was sweating if it would come or if I had missed it. There should be real time updates available.
They drop us at middle of no where - not sure how I can manage in winter at 5:30am if there is no shed

the first bus was so hot we were all suffocating so they had to switch busses which was better but the ride stops so many times and the bus was delayed 1.5 hours. which is unconventional and inconvenient
