The driver on my route was very helpful and informative making sure passengers find their destination this is first time I felt the driver did such an excellent job, he raised a bar for all of the drivers.
my only comment is that I wish there was a bus that left little later, 5 am from port authority to VT is really a bit too early for my comfort.
