The drive from providence to new York was fine, no problems at all. What was annoying was the driver.
To say the bus was less than half full he kept issuing so called friendly reminders that we should keep conversations to a minimum and brief. I'm 63 and he was the school yard bully.

Very confusing pick up point. It was a generic bus stop sign on a telephone pole. I was so stressed out — even local strangers didn’t know where to send me. I only found the stop because someone waved me over. There was no shelter, no seating, and the bus tracking was inaccurate. After waiting in the freezing cold for hours with no updates, I gave up and took the train.
Not a good experience, especially with only a voucher offered.
