I think the bus had a problem because it made like 3 stops before Montrose and 1 after Montrose. They guys didn't bother to communicate with us tell us what's really going on. The bus departured Durban at 22h30 arrived at 08h30.
I understand unexpected situations occur during trips...but we are human beings, we are not loads, we understand, we listen, we plan. Inform us 'sorry guys we have this situation we are sorry about it but we working on it' that's it.

The drivers were fine but the inspectors wasted our time with wanting us to solve the issue of the baby that didn’t buy a ticket,we arrived at 19:00 instead of 16:55 .we also got tyre puncher but it was solved within 30 min.the bus was so cold and so small for people passing next to u have to be squeezed

Bus delayed it was supposed to depart at 21h10 but ended up departing at 22h00.seat was uncomfortable, bus broke down many times on the road. It was a horrible experience wouldn't recommend to anyone!
