I left Durban at 7am, the bus had a problem around 2pm in Kokstad, we waited for mechanic for about an hour. We then proceeded with our journey, at around 4pm the bus stopped in Tsolo, again we were informed of problems with the bus.we waited until 6pm for another bus from Mtata. We were then moved from another bus that took us to Mtata, agaib we were moved to another bus "very old" cold bus similar to the City to City busses.
I am on my way to Dutywa now, at this time. I am disgusted I don't have words to express my feelings. Im very disappointed with the Service.
I will never book Intercape bus ever again nor refer someone.

I booked return ticket from Durban to Dutywa I was only told on the day of the trip that bus is not stopping at Dutywa and Butterworth it only stops in Mtata or East London and both towns are very far from Dutywa my trip was such a misery and I was very inconvenienced by that
