I never made the bus. I had 7 minutes left for the bus to depart and I asked the driver if I could run to the bathroom quickly and he said to be back in 5 minutes. I ran back to leave at 6:15pm, the exact time my bus was due to depart. However, the bus left before I arrived. I then tried contacting customer service, waiting on hold for five hours without being able to reach anyone and missing my trip.

Considering that we were delayed 2. 1/2 hours due to fiery accident on 401 it was ok. Didn’t appreciate driver being on phone talking loudly for most of trip and no info shared. Not sure if he had any info to share but even that (no info) would have been appreciated, I’m sure it was on the internet. .

The rider express was may be late 3 minutes to arrive for departure, but it left late because the online booking agent did not warn some of the passengers about the the ceineplex entrance area which is now under construction.

The pick up point was confusing. YMCA was not the pick up point and there were other busses. Maybe a sign on the right spot would help. Construction on the drop off point had to detour the bus. Not your fault but maybe have a secondary spot in case the first is not available
