I was called ahead of time to tell me that the bus was delayed due to hwy closures. My new departure time to go west was 3:50pm. I called at 2:45pm to confirm the 3:50 time. I was told yes, the bus was 1 hour away. I arrived just after 3:30 to wait for the bus. After waiting 40minutes I called and I was told it was still on the way. I called again after waiting 1hour and was then informed that it already left at 3:30pm. The bus that I was told was “on the way” was a bus going east. I had missed my bus due to being told the wrong departure time after calling 3 times to get an update.

The bus was delayed by 3 hours due to road closures, then left the stop without me. It is hugely unclear where the pickup point is from. I was at the address with no indication of where to wait and was left behind. I’ve now been told I cannot be refunded for this. Awful experience, ruined weekend plans

The bus was late. Driver seemed nice but very slow while counting heads. Seemed disorganised. The bathroom was out of order and we were told we were not allowed to eat on the bus. I almost missed my flight.
