The bus was fine. I didn't realize there was an express bus but that's my fault. My first bus trip in Mexico.

Bus did not smell very nice. Smelled like the toilet haven't been cleaned for a while. My seat fell back on it on and I couldn't bring it back up. The buses are very old and dated.

Driver was great, countryside was beautiful and bus was comfortable and clean; but unfortunately, the women’s toilet was not working which caused some discomfort for anyone needing to use the facility.
Passengers have shared positive experiences with helpful and friendly drivers, modern buses equipped with air conditioning and entertainment screens, as well as clean facilities. However, some users noted issues such as malfunctioning seat recliners and footrests, language settings on TVs not being adjustable to English, lack of toilet paper in restrooms, and occasional delays during the journey.
