This is the way to travel !! Scania double decker..take the executive option, the seat folds down to a real bed, with cushion,blanket and good curtains, perfect for 8pm Posadas to 8 am at BA .Very good 'in-flight' service, nice food and drink,modern video screen, freeNetflix, no wifi or chargers.The bus was worn, but very clean and everything works, the air conditioning is really impressive and controllable. Enjoy..

The bus arrived 7.5 hours late. We left the terminal over 2 hours late with little communication as to why, the first bus broke down and we had to wait in the middle of the night for a second bus, later that day we changed onto a third bus. The first two buses didn't have functioning ports to charge phones and the third bus only had half of the ports functioning.

We had booked two cama seats on the 8.30pm bus to Buenos Aires from Posadas. 8.30pm came and there was no sign of the bus. We spoke to a few of the staff and were given vague answers that kept changing. Eventually around 9.15 we were rushed onto a later semi-cama bus (having first been told that we weren't going to be taking that one, that another cams bus was coming), driven to the Drive to del Norte terminal 20 mins away and moved to another bus. This bus was not particularly clean (there were crumbs all over my seat and an empty biscuit packet on the footrest), the Wi-Fi didn't work and the cama seats didn't recline as far as they had on other buses we'd gotten before. The bus was almost three hours late teaching Buenos Aires. Through it all there was very little communication from the staff and a lot of waiting. We will not be travelling with Crucero del Norte again.
