The trip was fine until at the end when the guy who unloaded the luggage from the carriage told me to give him a tip. That request I find is rude and unprofessional.

The bus arrived 7.5 hours late. We left the terminal over 2 hours late with little communication as to why, the first bus broke down and we had to wait in the middle of the night for a second bus, later that day we changed onto a third bus. The first two buses didn't have functioning ports to charge phones and the third bus only had half of the ports functioning.

Comfortable and ahead of schedule. Handed bottles of water. Toilet door was broken and some cold air at times. Good driving!

There was a delay of more than 6 hours

Though it was a single journey we had to change three busses along the way. On the first and the last, the seats were not assigned and we had to either stand for hours or sit on a normal seat, also we arrived with 4 hours delay. Air-conditioning was impossible to control and was extremely cold inside. No power outlets nor WiFi.

One of the drivers was absolutely inappropriate with me. Kept coming over and saying he loved me and then tried to force me to say it back. I pretended not to understand. Made me very uncomfortable. Ride was fine. Bus looked to break down in the early morning. Was switched to a much lower quality bus. Seats worn down. Could barely make it up the hill, I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms in India
