Initially I went to print my tickets on the self print kiosk but they were not in service. A gentlemen at the window where we check our bags actually printed tickets for passengers. It was also confusing to know where to find where my bus at NJ Penn station. Thankfully, I did not miss my bus and arrived at my destination safely.
