As a foreign tourist I thought the Greyhound bus service would afford us a nice way of seeing a little more of the countryside in the States. This is NOT a way to travel. The staff were exceptionally rude and unhelpful. At one stop we did not have a bus driver at all and after standing around the bus station for one and a half hours longer than the stop should have been the ground staff informed us that should anyone ask again how long the wait was going to be, "we would find ourselves still on the bus station with him at 3:00am in the morning." The site advertises a bus with leg room and charging stations - there was no legroom at all and most of the seats on the bus do not have charging stations. Very, very poor example of the great America.
