My first bus ride with Amtrak. I've done the same travel with another bus line which I am very happy with. I went with Amtrak only because it offered a better time. Even though I still sat inside the station for 12 hours. But that beat 17 hours, which was my alternative. So it's hard to complain, sure there are little things. But day 4 of travel, little things don't matter when the overall option is better.
