The driver to Detroit(John)was rude and heartless. He left a young man in Findlay that was trying to flag him down- he looked at him and kept going.A young lady said something to him about it- he pulled the bus over and walked back there and told her if she didn't like it he would put her off! I was quite nervous on his bus.When we arrived he said his name and the bus # and the phone#- in case we wanted to complain. So, I assume he's quite comfortable intimidating passengers. When we departed- he stood and watched as we senoirs, women etc.exited the bus and did not extend a helping hand(none of the drivers did), I pray I never have to use your service again.
