Normally my experience with ebus has been pretty good but this time was awful. The entire bus reeked of urin and I was at the back of the bus where the smell of ammonia was so strong it was nearly choking me. Going to the bathroom had my eyes watering. The bus was also very cold. Its nearly negative temperatures outside so there is no reason to have the ac running. I understand its the holidays and with the high number of passengers its bound to become messy from people not cleaning up after themselves but the level of filth on the floors was shocking. Again. Every other trip ive had has been great but the bathroom smell situation must have a cost effective solution.

My bus was delayed 2.5 hrs to begin with, then it was delayed an additional hour. Then it was 25 minutes later than the latest update. Had to call the bus company to get an update as to where the bus was because there were no further upfates. Was informed that the bus was 12 minites away. My 4 year old needed to use the bathroom right then. We missed the bus by 1 minute because the bus driver did not wait. After waiting for 4.5 hours for a delayed bus that was 3.5 hours late, the bus driver did not wait more than 5 minutes to ensure all passengers could make it on their bus ride home. Leaving myself and my 4 year old stranded at the Kelowna airport.
