Customer service was terrible, mean people at the counter and uncaring. I wasn’t aware of the check in required….it was like airport security and the line was so long I missed my bus by 4 minutes. They wouldn’t even try to fix it or get me on the other. Is leaving 5 min later…just directed me to call the number posted. I called taht nuncer, and very uncaring and didn’t help even though I had purchased the trip insurance in case something happened:(. I was very disappointed, and wil fly from now on

For the 3 time in running my bus went out late,the first time was 2 hours this trip was 50 min's so an improvement there, what really is poor though he we just stood in line for an hour & a half, watching all the busses leave with no information, would be nice to know what is going on, and maybe told to stand down while they sort out the problems Kev
